Shipping & Handling:
Postage & Packaging Costs for deliveries within the U.K. are £4.50

We do deliver overseas however delivery charges vary, details at checkout.  If your country is not listed then unfortunately we are unable to deliver there.
Our normal dispatch period is 2 working days, weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, using Royal Mail.   We will endeavour to meet your requirements but this may not always be possible.  UK orders should be received within a maximum of 10 working days.  Any UK claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 11 working days from dispatch.  European orders should be received within a maximum of 20 working days.  Any European claims for lost goods will not be entered into until after 20 working days from dispatch.  For the rest of the world orders should be received within a maximum of 25 working days, and claims will not be entered into until after 25 working days from dispatch.
We do not pay the postage costs of returns.
